As for the Nutritional Yeast I buy Frontier Brand Mini Flakes.  They also have regular flakes but I prefer the mini ones.

The most popular brand is Red Star.  I haven't tried it because I have access to the Frontier Brand but I'd be willing to try them some day if I found them.</description>
